Specifications (28 foot Windmill and Aeration )

The Fan Wheel
Diameter is 6'-0" (72 inches) and consists of 12 - 3' tapered blades.

Balanced Center Hub
The Center Hub attaches to the drive shaft with 2 set screws tightened down to 2 flat spots on shaft. It has a bolt secured directly into the center of the drive shaft. Blades bolt directly onto the center hub.

Tail Assembly
Tail arms are supported by 2 steel gussets.

Compressor
Large type compressor that pumps approximately 60% more air than standard. Air-in and air-out valves assure that all air leaves the air chamber on each stroke. The unit functions with as little as a 2 mph wind.

Max Air Pressure
Produces 30 PSI.

Air Flow
The unit produces 3.5 C.F.M. in 10 to 15 mph winds.

Pivot
The pivot tube for the head assembly is a 2" x 19" steel tube closed on both ends. The top of the pivot is fitted with 2 oil impregnated UHMW washers to allow the head to more easily find the wind. The pivot point requires no lubrication. The pivot tube also acts as an air expansion tank to relieve stress on bearings.

Air Hose
100' of ½" inside diameter air hose is included.

Diffuser
The diffuser must have a minimum single rubber membrane.

Tower
Has 4 sides made of 2 - 10' lengths and 1 - 5' length of 1 ½" x 1 ½" x 1/8" hot dipped galvanized angle iron. The bottom is 63" square. When fitted with the fan wheel and compressor assembly the total height is 28'.

The unit is stake-anchored and includes 4 anchor stakes made of 1" x 48" steel tubes that are pinched at both ends and welded at the top of each.

A custom powder-coat paint finish is available as an option.

Delivery and Installation
The purchase price includes delivery and installation.

Hardware
All nuts, bolts, washers, etc. are stainless steel or rust proof.

• All windmills, regardless of height, come with 100' of air hose. Additional footage is available at a "per foot" price.
• Windmill heights of 23 feet and UNDER are made of formed galvanized sheet metal.
• Windmill heights of 28 feet and OVER are made of hot-dipped galvanized angle iron.
• Order lead time for 23 foot and UNDER windmills is 1-2 weeks.
• Order lead time for 28 foot and OVER windmills is 2-3 weeks.
• Special Order Custom Powder-Coated Paint is available on all windmills. This would require an additional charge and additional lead time.
• Custom Logo work can also be arranged. The price will vary by design and detail.
